Johnny Quarter: “The Stolen Gray Matter, Matter”  Johnny returns in the next half-hour parody of the hard-boiled radio classic Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar. Insurance investigator Johnny Quarter arrives in Princeton to investigate the theft of a famous physicist’s preserved brain from a university laboratory. With the help of a retired Texas Ranger and the alluring Dr. Kitty Catlin, Johnny follows a trail from shattered lab glass to a nervous assistant and two Soviet spies waiting for a handoff at an abandoned aqueduct. It’s a fast-paced blend of vintage-style radio suspense, Cold War intrigue, romance, and humor—with every clue, meal, and train ticket carefully entered on Johnny’s expense account.
